Hi, I’m Hadassa – the woman behind Hadasim Grounded.
I’m not here to teach you how to get more done.
I don’t teach productivity, and I’m not selling the aesthetic of a slower life.
I don’t believe you need to move to a farm, quit your job, or turn your life upside down to feel whole.
I believe you can build a full life right inside the life you already have.
This isn’t a space about doing more, or doing less – it’s about living your life, actually experiencing it, while you build it.
For years, I built a life I loved.
I loved my family – they always came first.
I loved creating and working.
I loved the business I built with my own two hands – a studio with good, quality clients, real growth, and constant movement to the next stage.
Back then, I measured my life the only way I knew how: by how much I built, how much I produced, how far I could expand.
On paper, it worked. And in many ways, it truly was good.
But slowly, I began to notice something.
I wasn’t unhappy. My life wasn’t broken. I loved it.
I just noticed that I was always waiting.
Waiting for more time. Waiting for less on my plate. Waiting for the moment I’d finally live the life I kept imagining for myself – just a little further down the road…
And then, one thought changed the whole way I saw everything:
The life I was waiting for wasn’t going to start one day.
It could only start the moment I chose to live it.
Not when I achieve more. Not when I finish the next goal. Just now.
I knew how to build. I knew how to succeed. I knew how to carry a heavy load.
I lived at a high pace – create, produce, initiate. Constant motion.
My schedule was full. My mind was always ahead. I was busy with the future.
And even though, on paper, I was successful
I wasn’t truly present in my life. I wasn’t fully experiencing it.
I didn’t collapse. I didn’t break. There was no dramatic turning point.
Just a quiet inner tension.
I was moving forward – but not in a direction that felt like mine.
My work was expanding. But inside, I was shrinking.
And the hardest part? I couldn’t fully name it.
That thought stayed with me. And it eventually led me to one of the most significant decisions I’ve ever made.
I chose to close my studio.
Not because it failed. Not because I stopped loving it – quite the opposite.
I didn’t want to keep running without stopping, and I understood it was time to ask myself: is this really the way I want to live?
It wasn’t a breakdown. It wasn’t an escape.
It was a choice to stop, to listen, and to understand what actually mattered to me.
On the evening I decided to close the studio, I opened a folder I had kept on Pinterest for years – one I had called “One day…”
Inside were images I had saved: natural light, bare feet on the ground, simple food, a table full of family, slow mornings at home.
And suddenly it all connected for me.
Almost nothing in that folder had to do with success, money, or career – or with the life I had built until then.
It was all about how I wanted to live – with my family, in my home, close to nature.
More connected. With time that actually felt like mine.
I understood something in that moment: this isn’t a different life.
It’s a different way to live the life I already have.
The months that followed taught me a completely different way of living.
I learned to slow down – even when my mind was racing. I learned to stop – even when the urge to ‘do’ was strong.
I began cooking more, paying attention to what I put into my body.
I started feeling that my home isn’t a to-do list, but a place I simply want to be in.
I made more room for the people I love – unhurried dinners, slower mornings, more time and real conversations with my kids.
And somewhere in all of that, I found the sentence that now sits at the center of everything I do:
The path itself is the life.
Not what’s waiting at the end of it. Not the next goal. Not the moment when there’s finally time, or when everything finally settles.
Life happens now – and the question is simply how we choose to live it.
Hadasim Grounded was born from that place
from a place of real connection.
From the ability to choose again, even when everything “works.”
It’s a space for strong, capable women.
Women who know how to build.
Who know how to succeed.
But feel that their current pace no longer feels aligned.
Women who don’t want to choose between creating and living.
Women who still want to grow, build and dream –
but in a way that feels connected, sustainable and true.
I don’t believe in formulas.
I guide women back to their own rhythm – and build from there.
Today, this space expands through the blog,
through depth-based courses,
and through intentional tools created to support real connection.
Not to push you forward faster.
But to help you build in a way that feels true to you.
Less noise.
Less rushing.
More depth.
More connection.
More intentional living.
Notice when something feels off
Choose a pace that truly fits you.
Adapt success to your life – not the other way around.
Because the life you’re building should feel right while you’re living it.
Act from connection – not from stress.Build a life you can breathe inside.
And actually experience your own life.
Connection.
Pace.
A different kind of fulfillment.
A healthier relationship with success.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all formulas.
I believe that when something ‘doesn’t sit right,’ that’s not weakness – it’s your own inner compass, working exactly as it should.
I believe success should feel like yours. If you’re moving forward but drifting further from yourself, that’s a sign worth pausing for.
And I believe you don’t have to break in order to change. You can choose differently – consciously, and gently – even when everything looks fine on paper.
That’s the relationship with success I want for you: one where your work, your sense of fulfillment, are an expression of who you are – not proof of your worth.
If something in what you just read moved something in you – that’s not random.
It’s a compass.
If this resonates with you, you’re not behind.
You’re becoming more aware.
Reach out – I’d love to hear from you, I’d love to get to know you as well.
And if you’d like to keep reading, I invite you to wander through the blog.
