Hi, I’m Hadasa, the woman behind Hadasim Grounded.
For years, I built a successful business.
I created content.
I spoke about growth, fulfillment, expansion.
I led a studio with large clients.
I expanded. I grew. I progressed.
On the surface – everything worked.
But right when my studio reached its peak,
I began to feel that something inside me was no longer aligned.
I couldn’t explain it.
It wasn’t dramatic.
It wasn’t a breakdown.
It wasn’t a crisis.
It was quieter than that.
A subtle inner knowing that something no longer felt true.
I knew how to build. I knew how to succeed. I knew how to carry a heavy load.
I lived at a high pace – create, produce, initiate. Constant motion.
My schedule was full. My mind was always ahead. I was busy with the future.
And even though, on paper, I was successful
I wasn’t truly present in my life. I wasn’t fully experiencing it.
I didn’t collapse. I didn’t break. There was no dramatic turning point.
Just a quiet inner tension.
I was moving forward – but not in a direction that felt like mine.
My work was expanding. But inside, I was shrinking.
And the hardest part? I couldn’t fully name it.
At the end of May 2025,
I was sitting one evening looking at a Pinterest folder I had created years before.
I had called it “One day…”
Inside were images I had saved over time.
Nature.
Sunlight.
Barefoot children.
Simple food.
Slow rhythms.
A life that breathes.
And suddenly, I felt something I didn’t expect.
Envy.
Envy of that simplicity.
Envy of that calm.
Envy of the life I imagined for myself – but wasn’t actually living.
And anger.
Anger at myself for knowing how to build, produce, and succeed
but not knowing how to simply be.
A realization that I wasn’t truly experiencing my own life.
Not fully present.
Not fully here.
And in that moment, something became crystal clear:
“One day” would not arrive on its own.
If I kept going on the same path
I would go far.
But not there.
That evening, I made a decision.
I’m stopping.
Not gradually.
Not slowing down.
Not “thinking about it”
Stopping. Fully.
Everything.
In one day, I closed my studio.
I transferred my clients to colleagues.
I stopped working.
I stopped a significant income stream.
I stopped years of built momentum.
I even stopped my voice – my creative output.
It was terrifying.
Waking up with no tasks.
No plan.
No target.
Feeling the intense urge to create – and choosing not to act.
Feeling the identity I had built – and not clinging to it.
People around me didn’t understand.
It seemed extreme.
On the surface – very extreme.
But deep inside, I had a quiet certainty
that this was the right thing for me.
A knowing that this path would clarify what I had been feeling all along.
I chose to stop before I broke.
I wanted to break the pattern
before it broke me
I didn’t stop because I was exhausted.
I stopped because I was ready
I trusted what I knew – even before I could explain it
The months that followed were deeply internal.
I had to learn a completely different way of living.
I learned to slow down – even when my mind was racing.
I learned not to act – even when the urge was strong.
I learned to break old habits.
There were mornings I woke up with no tasks – and felt empty.
There were days my hand almost opened my laptop – just to feel “in motion” again.
And I had to learn how to stay.
I learned to listen to my body before listening to goals.I learned to choose pace – not just results.
I began cooking more.
Paying attention to what I put into my body.
Bringing nature into my daily life – not as a task, but as a way of being.
I learned presence.
I began asking myself, even in small moments:
From what place am I acting?
And I understood something profound:
I don’t want to succeed at the expense of my life.
I want to live while I build.
I want to experience my life.
I want to create from connection.
I want my work to be an expression – not a proof of worth.
Hadasim Grounded was born from that place
from a place of real connection.
From the ability to choose again, even when everything “works.”
It’s a space for strong, capable women.
Women who know how to build.
Who know how to succeed.
But feel that their current pace no longer feels aligned.
I don’t believe in formulas.
I guide women back to their own rhythm – and build from there.
Today, this space expands through the blog,
through depth-based courses,
and through intentional tools created to support real connection.
Not to push you forward
but to help you move in a way that feels true to you.
No noise.
No rush.
Just depth, rhythm, and conscious living.
Notice when something feels off
Choose a pace that truly fits you.
Adapt success to your life – not the other way around.
Act from connection – not from stress.Build a life you can breathe inside.
And actually experience your own life.
Connection.
Pace.
A different kind of fulfillment.
A healthier relationship with success.
When something “doesn’t sit right” – it’s not weakness. It’s the ability to listen inward.
Inner restlessness is a compass.
—
Success should feel like you.
If you’re progressing – but moving further away from yourself, it’s a sign to pause and listen.
—
Choosing your own pace is a skill. It’s power.
Being present in your life – as you move forward – is success.
—
You don’t need to break in order to change.
You can choose differently – even when everything “works” on paper.
—
Your work is an expression – not a proof.
—
True fulfillment is born from connection:
To yourself.
To your intuition.
To your personal rhythm.
—
Success isn’t about where you arrive –
It’s about how you live on the way there.
If something inside you moved while reading this –
that’s not random.
It’s a compass.
You don’t need to break in order to change.
You can choose differently – consciously.
From connection. From your own rhythm
And this is where it starts
